About
An fixed term opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to work in the College’s Customer Service Centre at Freemen’s Park Campus resolving queries on the telephone, and e-mail. The successful candidate will: Be educated to level 2 in maths and English Have a level 2 in Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) or significant experience Have a level 2 qualification in IT and/or equivalent experience Excellent communication and customer service skills are an essential part of this role, as is the ability to be a team player. You will have the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines. You will also demonstrate significant experience of working in a customer service telephone environment. The hours for this role are hybrid Monday – Friday between the following times 8am – 5:00pm. Closing: 9 March 2025Interviews: 19 March 2025
